> I can no longer access my retailer login. What can I do? 
 

Have you forgotten your password or your email address? No problem!

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on "Forgot your password" when logging in. After entering your email address, you will receive a link with where you can choose a new password.

If you no longer know the e-mail address you used, please contact us using the contact form or send us an e-mail to office@florex.at.

 
> How long does it take to activate the retailer login?
 

Have you registered with us as a retailer and have not received an activation email yet?

Checking your data usually takes about 1 business day. After we activated your account, you will immediately receive an email from us.

 
> How do I register for Original Florex® sheep milk soaps?
 

To do this, click on the "Dealer login" icon at the top right. The login window will open, in which you can enter your login data (your e-mail address and your password). If you don‘t have an account at our online shop yet, you can register at any time.

 
> How do I register for Original Florex® sheep milk soaps?
 

You can create a free customer account at any time. To do this, click on the "Dealer login" icon at the top right and select "Register". Fill out the registration form. As soon as you have registered, you will receive an email confirming the correct registration process. Your data will now be checked and you will receive an e-mail from us, after we activated your account. We ask for your patience - activation can take up to one working day.

 
> Who can register?
 

Every customer who wants to purchase goods as retailer, can register for our online shop.

If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact our customer service at office@florex.at.

 
> How can I reset my password?
 

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Forgot password" when logging in. By entering your email address, you will be sent a link in which you can reset your password.

Attention: It can take a few minutes for you to receive the e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.

 
> Why do I get an error message when I try to register?
 

If you cannot register with your e-mail address, it is possible that your e-mail address is already registered. In order to be able to log in with your data again, you can easily reset your password (see point "How can I reset my password?").

Please check whether all the data fields required for registration have been filled out. All fields marked with an (*) are mandatory and must contain data.

 
> How can I tell whether I am logged into the online shop?
 

As soon as you have logged in with your details, you can see our product prices and choose packaging units for all products.

Also the login window no longer appears when clicking the “Dealer login” icon, but you can directly go to “My account” and manage your data.
